BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE

Looking for a creative way to celebrate your child's birthday? We offer parties for up to twelve guests, for ages 6 and up. We'd love to work with you to create a special event! 

 

Party package includes the following:

• 3 hours in our darling studio (2 hour party with 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after celebration)

• ​60–90-minute art project for up to 12 artists

• All art supplies and materials

• 20, 11" helium balloons in colors of your choice

• Customized "Happy Birthday" letterboard

You will need to:

• Invite your guests

• Bring paper goods, food, drinks and dessert

​

Studio capacity for parties is 12 children (including birthday boy/girl) and 6 adults. Please encourage parents to drop off, as we have limited space. If this is an issue, please consider booking your party when parents are comfortable leaving their children for two hours.

We have 4 Birthday Party Art Projects to choose from:

• CANVAS PAINTING ($350): Artists will be guided through a canvas painting in the subject matter of your choice. We have many canvas paintings to choose from, and can also customize a painting based on the birthday child's party theme or interests.​

• DISCO BALL ($400): Artists will use alcohol ink to paint a groovy disco ball!

• WOOD COTTAGE ($400): Artists will paint and decorate a darling 9x7x2.5 wooden house, complete with miniature furniture and peg doll people!

• ​TIE DYE ($450): Artists will learn the process of tie dye, as they create a colorful tote bag, zippered pouch, hair scrunchie and headband. Guests will take home their projects with instructions to wash at home.​

 

The Birthday Party Package includes balloons in the colors of your choice tied to the back of each guest's chair. A customized "Happy Birthday" letterboard with birthday child's name is flanked with balloons and hangs above a 6-foot white table that can be used for food/dessert/favor display. Additional party decorations are welcome, although not necessary. We will coordinate the balloons to your paperware or desired party theme. ​

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time to set up your items and be ready for guests to arrive. The first 60-90-minutes of your party is for creating the art project. The second hour of the party is for eating lunch/dinner (if desired), dessert and gifts. Pizza from Pizza Plus (also located in the Vineyard Square Shopping Center) makes an easy meal for your guests. If needed, a small freezer is available for you to keep ice cream cold.

We currently offer parties on Saturdays from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (10:30 AM arrival to set up) and 3:00 - 5:00 PM (2:30 PM arrival to set up) and Fridays (by request) from 4:00 - 6:00 PM (3:30 PM arrival to set up). When adding your information, please leave a note with desired art project, balloon colors (if you have decided), and any other details you'd like to share.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. We will contact you the week of your party date to finalize details and answer any questions that you have.
