PRIVATE ART CLASS​​​​​​​​​​​​

Would you like to bring your co-op, girl scout troop, or small group to Happy Artists for a Private Art Class? We offer special workshops for up to fourteen participants, for ages 6 and up. We'd love to create with you! 

 

Private Art Class package includes the following:​

• ​60–90-minute art project for up to 14 artists

• All art supplies and materials​​

• Balloon for each participant!

We have 12 Private Art Class projects to choose from:

• ACRYLIC PAINTING ON CANVAS ($25 each): Artists will be guided through a canvas painting in the subject matter of your choice. ​

• WATERCOLOR PAINTING ($25 each): Artists will learn a variety of watercolor techniques and then paint a guided masterpiece using learned techniques.

• "MEET THE MASTER" ($25 each): Artists will learn about a famous artist in history and replicate their artwork.

• GRASS HAIR PLANTER ($25 each): Artists will create the most adorable gardening project out of nylon, sawdust and grass seed. They will LOVE growing and trimming its "hair"!

• EMBROIDERY PROJECT ($25 each): Artists will learn the process of embroidery by creating a special 6" round wall-hanging. 

• DISCO BALL ($30 each): Artists will use alcohol ink to paint a groovy disco ball!

• LITTLE WOODEN COTTAGE ($30 each): Artists will paint and decorate a darling 9x7x2.5 wooden house, complete with miniature furniture and peg doll people!

• PEG DOLL FAMILY PORTRAIT ($30 each): Artists will create a family portrait from peg dolls that will be displayed on a darling frame, ready to hang in a special place in your home. 

• RAINBOW WALL HANGING ($30 each): Artists will use rope and yarn to create the cutest fiber art project!

• CLAY SCULPTURE ($30 each): Artists will learn the process of dying and sculpting air-dry clay to create a coil pot.

• COLLAGE ON WOODEN PANEL ($30 each): Artists will create a multi-media collage on a wooden 11x14" panel to create a beautiful keepsake piece of art.

• ​TIE DYE ($35 each): Artists will learn the process of tie dye, as they create a colorful tote bag, t-shirt, zippered pouch, hair scrunchie and headband. Participants will take home their projects with instructions to finish at home.​

Studio capacity for a Private Art Class is 14 children and 6 adults. Please encourage parents to drop off, as we have limited space. If this is an issue, please consider booking your class when parents are comfortable leaving their children for one to two hours.

We require a minimum of 10 participants to book a Private Art Class. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. Please leave a note at checkout with the project you'd like to create. The balance due will vary based on the number of participants and project selected. We will contact you the week of your Private Art Class to finalize details and answer any questions that you have. Your balance can be paid by cash or card on the day of your class. Questions?
